Slots Cheesy Munches !
Watch those reels spins and the tension mount !.... these cheesy munches will keep any Slot'er happy for hours. Never again will you need to stop those reels just cause your tummy is rumbling ! I always keep a batch of these nice and (slightly spicy ) cheesy munches in my larder cupboard and they are just the thing to keep me company on the reels !... talk easy !.. this recipe can be followed with your eyes ( almost ! ) shut.. try them.. you'll love them….
Ingrediants:
4-oz cheddar cheese, grated
3-oz plain flour
4-oz butter
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper
Method:
Put the butter in a large bowl and mix till it's a nice and smooth paste-like consistency. To the butter add your cheese and flour. Mix well all ingredients together in a bowl
Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper ( I like mine real spicy with a bite !.. but be careful too hot and they will give you a sting ! )
Place grape-sized balls of the mixture on greased baking sheets or you can flatten the balls little if you prefer chip-style snacks.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a 425 F. preheated oven till they are golden brown. Let them cool and that's all there is too it !..... Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyy
