All You Need Is :
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 package (10 ounces) marshmallows
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
6 cups crisp rice cereal
¼ cup raisins
Method:
Get yourself a shallow baking tray ( 13 X 9 inch pan should be good ! ) now lightly grease it and put it aside.
Take your butter ( more tasty ! ) or margarine ( for the health conscious ! ) and slowly melt it in a large pan ( make sure you do this on a very low heat else the butter will burn .. and then yuck! You will need to start all over again !
Now take your marshmallows and add them to the butter.. keep stirring them till they are completely melted.. remove form the heat and add the raisins.
To this mixture quickly add the creamy peanut butter and mix thoroughly.
Add the rice cereal and stir till the rice is all coated.
Turn out the mixture into your greased baking tray and press firmly.
Refrigerate till completely cooled and set.
Now cut up into bite-size pieces
Store in airtight container for storage in your refrigerator ( only for up to 2 days.. if they last that long ! lol )
